I just wanted to acknowledge the terrible crime committed last week in Atlanta, GA and to say that I stand with the AAPI community. Anti-Asian hate has long been imbedded in American history and it is wrong. I wish to affirm that anti-racism should confront all aspects of white supremacy. I remain committed to my own anti-racism work, including unlearning whitewashed history, supporting BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Color) artists and makers, and supporting organizations run by and for those communities.
